- Our Story -

My background in the restaurant industry began when I was 15 years old and got my first job at Harden's Hamburgers.

This job didn't last long, but soon after leaving I found myself working for Chefs Julie Woolman and Kim Michie at the Wild Fork.  I was still 15 years old when I took the job as a busboy.  At age 17, I became their evening grill guy.  I learned so much working for their team.  A few years later, I needed a change and found myself calling a family friend, Michelle Hammer to see if they were hiring at The Bistro at Seville.  I was soon hired by the Bistro as a server.  I spent the next few years serving, managing and eventually becoming the bar manager.

A Beautiful Disaster

I met my wife Amber while working at The Wild Fork.  We have been married for 11 years. She is my rock!  We have been blessed with four amazing children, three of whom (Berlynn 9, Bentley 6 and Chase 5) we had together. Madelyn is our big 16-year-old. We like to refer to our life as a "beautiful disaster". We have found balance by focusing on our priorities: our family and the restaurant. This has not always been easy but we have found happiness whenever we changed our expectations on what our life "should" look like and embraced what our life truly is...a beautiful disaster.

Amber and I are grateful to have the opportunity to operate a restaurant that has been a piece of Tulsa for so long.

We do our best to honor the menu that has made this place successful while evolving with the times. As the owner/operator of the restaurant I do it all, but spend most of my time in the kitchen.  This is my preferred location.

Our staff is what truly makes this place great. They are our heart.

We have an amazing general manager, Michelle Hammer.  She is wonderfully supported by Daniel Thrower.  We have a fantastic bar, serving and host staff. We are so lucky to have a line of cooks that have all worked here for years, creating a consistent product.

We feel very honored for your continued patronage and look forward to seeing you very soon!
